1. The Four Spirits of Grief: Accepting Our New Life Through Loss - Graham Maxey:  This presentation outlines the reasons that grieving well is the answer to most of life’s problems.  It tells how seeing through the “peekaboo” that life plays with us is a developmental skill we all need to acquire.  Some of the problems people run into in grieving are detailed, and the “sixth stage” of grief is revealed along with some necessary information that allows people to get there.  Three guided imagery sessions are woven into the 1 hour and 45 minute tape which present four images to help unlock our grieving of the past, the present, and in the future.
